Fee
The all inclusive reversal package cost is $1,700.  A $500 paypal deposit is required in order to secure a surgery appointment time, with the balance ($1,200) due by money order, cashier's check, or cash on the day of surgery. You will have no other costs outside the $1,700.  Dr. Wilson is able to perform reversals at this fee because of an efficient office/clinic system, as well as his sincere desire to provide microsurgical reversal to any men who need the procedure.

Patient Satisfaction Guarantee
Dr. David S. Wilson pledges that if you are not completely satisfied with his services, he will repay you an amount up to his $1,100 professional fee.  The amount returned (up to $1,100) would be determined solely by your written request within three months from surgery.  This refund would be unconditional.  It would not be based upon surgical results, but simply upon your level of satisfaction.

Repeat Operation Guarantee
Dr. Wilson will perform repeat surgery under local anesthesia for $600 (his procedure expense) if zero sperm count or very low sperm count is obtained on repeat semen analysis within one year of surgery.  He will not charge his professional fee in this situation, but will only require payment for his procedure cost of $600.
